We had some smells and stains on a brand new couch and they were able to come out the very day I called and it looks brand new and Aaron was amazing. He was so nice so friendly and everybody was friendly there I really really like them and would use them again!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’m so glad I chose First Impressions to clean our carpet and tile. Kurt answered all my questions and patiently explained everything very well, and the technician Aaron did such a great job! He was on time, courteous and professional, and the results were excellent. Even my dog decided she liked him, and she doesn’t really like anyone (haha). I’ll be a repeat customer.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had such a great experience with First Impressions Cleaning! They were super quick to respond, easy to communicate with, and got me scheduled so quickly. They did an AMAZING job on my tile and grout—I honestly couldn’t believe the difference! Everything looks so much cleaner and brighter, and they got all the buildup and grime out of the grout. So impressed and definitely recommend them! ✨
